In this project we had to find something about a person by the way they walked. We had to identify different possible measures related to the human gait. This taught us how to read large amounts of data and use the data to prove something. We had to download an app that recorded the physical acceleration of an object. The idea was to tape the phone to people and record the way they walked. For our group we decided to look at the project in a different way and not use the app as much. We recorded the amount of steps someone took and used a formula that could calculate an estimated height.

Gait: the stride of a human as he or she moves
We learned how to read and use a accelerometer. Also short cuts on google sheets when trying to find the average.

Conclusion:
As a group we all worked well with one another and we listened to each others ideas. The project went well, I was glad the due date got extended because we felt really rushed and could work more on our presentation. If we did this project again I would test more people so we could test if the equation used was correct. Time was a challenge because there was so much to do but not a lot of time. We only had three people in our group because one was working on the plane. Overall, the project went well and we all contributed.
